   Storage & Shelf Life

   Store sealed bags cool and dark (55–70°F). Use within 2–4 weeks for best results. If holding longer, refrigeration helps maintain quality. Do not freeze.

   • Aim for clean technique: sanitize hands/gloves; flame or alcohol-sterilize tools.
